Weigh-In 11/28/07
November 28, 2007I am down 1.5lbs this week. I weighed in at 210.5lbs. I am down a total of 7.5 pounds since I started. I exercised three times this past week and had a fairly simple Thanksgiving. It was just my husband, me, and kids, so I didn’t go overboard on cooking and didn’t even make a dessert. Again, I am seeing more loss in my measurements than I am on the scale. My measurements are below.

I have 2 1/2 weeks until I go back to Texas for the Holidays. I can’t wait but I am going to have to start gearing myself up to keep with the diet, exercise, watching what I eat, etc. while I’m in Texas for 3 weeks. I think my problem will be making myself exercise and not overeatting on New Years Eve. I am hoping that by getting my mind ready for it now, it will be easier to actually do.

It is wonderful to see those measurements showing your success! You are working really hard and it is paying off! Wow. I am really proud of you! I hope that you are pleased with yourself, you deserve to feel very good about having worked so hard!

Congrats on the loss! Maybe you’ll hit the 10 pound mark next week or the next. You aren’t that far from it.
