What a mighty God we serve!  I have had people ask me why I don’t worry about things, why I am so care-free and can just let certain things go.  My answer is Romans 8:31 “If God be for us, who can be against us?”  I don’t need to worry I know God has it under control.  It is a very freeing realization.  Luckily I was born in a Christian home and have been in church my whole life and came to this realization very early on.  But a lot of people don’t ever come to this realization.  My boss for instance is one of those people.  I gave him my two week notice, two weeks ago (tomorrow is my last day), because God had found a way for me to stay home with my children.  My boss has gone into full panic mode.  He already has a replacement for me who has been fully trained by me.  Yet, he is still panicking and is very worried.  I don’t think I have ever been as worried and panicked as he is.   So, I am thankful that God is always in control! 

My other blessings this week are:

• I am finally starting to see some results in my journey for weight loss

• My husband only has 1 more out of state residency interview and then all the traveling is done

• My son’s choice of book, which I blogged about here
