I hope everyone had a great and joyous Thanksgiving.  I know I did.  My Thanksgiving was pretty low key, just my husband, kids, and me.  It was very nice not to have to worry about company on Thanksgiving.  Our company came over the weekend and it was a lot less fuss, which was great!

Monday - leftover beef soft tacos

Tuesday - Chicken Pepperjack quesadillas

Wednesday - Pancakes

Thursday - sausage with mac and cheese

Friday - Bacon, egg, cheese sandwiches

I am going pretty simple this week but I won’t have to go to the grocery story at all, which is a huge plus!
