Down a little bit

I missed the last two weigh-in at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans because of the holidays, at least that is the excuse I’m telling myself.  While the holidays were bad food wise, I don’t think I faired too terribily bad.  My weigh-in today is at 221.5 lbs - that is down 3 lbs from my last weigh-in which was 3 weeks ago.  I’m happy!

This past week I finally met my goal and have excerised everyday!  My new goal, besides continuing to exercise, is to start drinking more water.  I don’t drink nearly enough.

    I need to weigh in at Weight Watchers tomorrow, but I am going to work out first, lol! I am a little scared.
