Weigh-In 3/5/08

Today the scale read 206.5lb. That’s .5 down from last week. I haven’t loss any real weight since before Christmas. On the plus side, I have a new motivation. My high school 10 year reunion is coming up in September. I can’t wait to see everyone! Since I moved to Maryland I have really lost contact with a lot of my old friends and am hoping to revive a lot of those lost friendships when we move in May.

I didn’t exercise this past week and my water consumption was very low. So my goal for this week is to get back exercising in the mornings!




Weigh-In

Oops.  I forgot to post my weigh-in yesterday.  I took my weight first thing yesterday morning but just got busy and forgot to post it.  The scale said 207lbs.  That is up .5 from last week.  I really haven’t been feeling well or sleeping well and I think it really had an effect on my weight this week.  I tried to exercise but didn’t get as much done as normal.  So now on to week and hopefully  I will feel better and have more success.




Weigh-In 2/20/08

I’m down 1 pound to 206.5lbs. I am really surprised I’m not up 1 pound instead. I didn’t have the best week and even indulged in pizza one night. Got exercise in only one day and didn’t drink much water. I guess my one saving grace was that, other than the pizza, I watched what I ate.

My goals for this week are the same as in the past: exercise 3 days a week and drink more water!




Weigh-In 2/13/08

I’m still at 207.5lbs. No gain. No loss. I’m happy. I guess after last week’s big loss I was due to stay the same. I wasn’t able to get my measurements (kids woke up much earlier than normal) but I’m sure they were the same too.

I exercised 4 out of 7 days. I did not make my goal of 4 cups of water a day. I did great for about 2 days and then forgot all about it. So my goal this week is the same as last week.

Goal this week: Drink 4 cups of waters everyday (working my way up to 8 eventually)

Weigh-In 2/6/08

207.5lbs is what the scale said this morning. I even checked it twice. That is 5.5lbs down from last week. My measurements are same.

I worked my behind off this past week. I exercised 4 out of 7 days! Thanks to those who left the encouraging words last week, I really needed them! I really feel like I am on the upswing of things now.  I still might just make my original weight loss goal before the challenge is over.

Goal last week: Exercise at least 3 times a week

Goal this week: Drink 4 cups of waters everyday (working my way up to 8 eventually)
